weights) are correct.

2) My shipment DOES NOT contain any dangerous goods.

3) My Origin and Destination Details are correct.

4) A person will be available at the pick-up and delivery locations, unless
the "Unattended ..." option is selected in the anywhere section.

5) Whilst some carriers may have insurance options available, I understand
that Freight Broker Logistics currently does not offer insurance. Freight Broker Logistics will not be
liable in the instance of lost or damaged

I accept that these values will be used to provide quote pricing and that if these details are incorrect I may be debited by the same mechanism of charge as my initial payment if extra costs are incurred to Freight Broker Logistics as a result of my booking. Freight Broker Logistics will charge an administration fee of twenty five dollars if any extra cost is to be billed to you or in the event of a refund, which is additional to any fees or charges which may be charged from the carrier.
